Delivery Times

Most of the products available at Things to Love are personalised to taste. Therefore, if you choose a pattern or colour not in stock at our store, it will be specially handmade for you. These customised, personalised product orders take approximately 15 - 21 days before delivery. 

We will send you an email with the Courier Company Details and Tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We make use of Third-party couriers and can not be held liable for delays in services rendered by such companies. We will however do everything in our power to assist with problem solving.

We strive to have your parcel delivered within a reasonable time as stipulated per product description.
